An even keel is so important. Maintaining balance and calmness is a prerequisite for a happy life. It is a prerequisite for a meaningful life. It is a prerequisite for helping others. It is a prerequisite for helping ourself. When we maintain an even keel, we are not blown away by our turbulent emotions. We can observe them and let them pass. We can even, if we choose, work with them and transform them into positive ones. Life becomes easy. Merit is accumulated much more efficiently. Due to the mental clarity and the positive influence of merit, our innate wisdom begins to shine. Our heart remains open and ready to help. Everything sparkles with five-colored light.
