Being home

Come back home, again and again. Come back to the present and find your center. Find your balance. Balance your mind and balance your energies. This is your home. It is always with you, even when you are traveling, sleeping, and even when you are dying. As we train in “being home” we chill, we relax. Yet we maintain alertness and clarity. No fuzziness. No spacing out. No ego. Everyone becomes important and valued. We all want the same thing. To be happy. In that way we are all genuine brothers and sisters. So, come home and open your heart. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. All within your balance, your home.
