We make up stories all the time. Stories about who we are. Stories about who others are. Stories about the past. Stories about the future. We are master story-tellers. Story telling is not so bad, but believing they are true is deeply harmful. For holding onto and believing in our stories brings us down again and again. It creates US vs. THEM situations constantly. It blocks the WE attitude again and again. Please allow stories to come and go. Please do not hold onto them. Please do not embellish them. Please do not get stuck in them. They are TOTAL FABRICATION made up by the ignorant selfish mind. Be bigger. Be better. Let these stories go. Let them go. Empty your “story files” and delete them into cyber space trash.
