We walk quickly bent a little forward as if we were perpetually late. We do not pay attention to our breathing and easily shallow breathing. Tension fills our body as if we are ready for fight or flight. Our mind jumps here and there as if we can never do enough. We get caught up in vicious cycles of stress. We get caught up in vicious cycles of fear. We get caught up in vicious cycles of anxiety. All for what? We don’t know what. We live our lives like the mouse fighting to stay on the turning wheel fearing we might fall off. Slow down. Walk straight. Breath naturally. Be natural. Remember the important things. Take a time out. Remember to take good care of yourself. Honor those loved ones who have past. Remember to come home.
