Blow your top with love. The next time you are irritated or distressed, blow your top with love. Remember the other person with whom you are distressed is stuck. They are stuck in their old dysfunctional patterns. They want to get out, but they are stuck. Help them unglue to get unstuck. If you choose to get angry, this only makes their glue stronger, maybe turning into crazy-glue! Be gentle with others. Be gentle with yourself. Allow the world to flow, unstuck, and unglued.
