Sometimes the world is chaotic, going in the wrong direction. This naturally affects us. We feel chaotic, out of control. During these times we must remain cool and centered. Backing off from internal intensity helps. Meditation helps. Remaining focused on our long-term objectives of serving all and guiding all towards their ultimate peace and happiness helps. Remembering others’ struggles and wishing they overcome helps immensely. There will be bumps along the way. But these are temporary. Never lose sight of the long-term goal of enlightenment for ourself so we can guide others. Happy holidays to all.
