Guilt is another thief. It robs us of our self-confidence and inner peace. It whittles away our feelings of self worth. It makes us feel little, unimportant, and weak. We crumble to the size of a small insect. It is habit I guess — family dynamics from early childhood. Yet we rarely confront guilt. We are complacent and lazy wallowing in our self-pity. Now is the time to say, NO MORE GUILT! Be tough when fighting the destructive emotions. Change self-cherishing attitude for the attitude of helping others. Then slowly guilt looses its power.
