What do you write when you run out of things to write about? Or more generally, what do you do when you don’t know what to do? Try to remember others and their challenges and difficulties. Especially those confused, turning against themselves with self-hatred. What could I do to try to bring clarity, insight, and healthy self-confidence? Maybe write a post for facebook? Then what would I write? Think of all the ways I could guide someone who is confused and hating themselves. First, in a relaxed manner, try to relax them so they no longer take themselves so seriously. Second, to learn it is o.k. to cut yourself some slack. Third, is too reduce the self-focus, the me-me-me stuff. Fourth, to open yourself to others. Open to their pain. For they, just like us, are facing all kinds of troubles. These are actually our sisters, brothers, mothers, and fathers.
