When we are tired, rest. Tired on all levels, rest on all levels. Rest the body, rest the speech, and rest the mind. Prevent over-tiredness by getting quality sleep. We love quality wine, quality chocolate, quality organic vegetables, but forget about quality sleep. This means not only getting enough hours, but deep restful sleep. Setting a motivation to serve all others, and remembering the illusory nature of all things, then fall asleep. Rest the mind for some time before sleep. Rest the speech similarly. Rest does not mean laziness. We remain alert, but in a relaxed restful manner. Rest means clarity. Rest means awareness. Rest means presence. Rest is the nature of the mind.
