Self-doubt and ridicule erode our happiness and make us feel inadequate, anxious, and weak. None of us are perfect. We all make mistakes as we are imperfect human beings wandering in samsara blown by the winds of karma and delusion, fueled by ignorance. It is time to say, “enough.” It is time to say, “good-bye.” It is time to allow self-doubt and self-ridicule to move on, to vanish in thin air. Doing this frees us from the chains of suspicion and cynicism. We breathe easy and relax. Awareness is regained living in the present moment feeling light and happy. We even skip, whistling joyfully as we walk.
