More and more people in the news are talking about the necessity for unity around the world in order to survive during and after the coronavirus tragedy. This is heartwarming. It is not a done deal. We’ll have to fight for it with courage, truth, and compassion. Dozens of countries are combining forces in the search for a rapid, effective, and safe vaccine and also antiviral drugs to halt the devastation. There is so much gratitude for the drivers, farmers, garbage collectors, and all the frontline heroes. Unions are starting to strength for adequate minimum wage and health insurance. Maybe, just maybe, a more equitable society is in the making. We’ll vote for it. We’ll fight for it.
