We tend to undulate and oscillate, up and down emotionally. Take a few slow deep breaths and relax. If you are excited, chill and become calm. If you are depressed, laugh, smile, skip, walk, and whistle. Get some fresh air. Try to balance. Try of center yourself emotionally — not excited and not depressed. Remember your practice. Let the ego go. Forgive yourself. Think about others. Forgive others. Wish them well. Remember gratitude, love, and joy. THRIVE AND FLOURISH!
