We are now day 20 of Saga Dawa, 10 more to go. How is your mind? How is your heart? Are you remembering others’ suffering along with your own? Are you consciously moving your heart and mind toward compassion, great compassion towards all, including yourself? We see unprecedented support around the world to eliminate racial injustice and discrimination. This is justice in action. This is engaged compassion in action. Avoid anger towards others and towards yourself. Stay focused on keeping your heart and mind positive. Let the little stuff go. It is not important. Remember to love yourself. Move this self-love out to embrace others. Do this again and again. Remember it is all like a dream, yet we are all here suffering, and practicing compassion.
