Breathing yoga

Quarantine and social distancing, mostly staying at home, can become monotonous. Life can become boring. Slowing down often makes us uneasy. We want to do, to go, to move. We want to be with others in person, rather than on Zoom. But we can’t. How do we handle this? Being in the present moment is refreshing. Breath deeply and just be. Breathing yoga balances our energies. Balancing our energies balances our mind. Body yoga works in a similar way. Sleeping too much just makes us tired! Sleeping too little also makes us tired. Balance our sleep. Reducing expectations balances us. Speculation, “what if …. “ drains our energy. Uncertainty is full of possibilities. Allow them to unfold.
