There is not enough kindness these days. Kindness softens us. Practicing kindness makes us feel good. It makes the other person feel good. It is simple yet often forgotten, especially when we are under undue stress, anxiety, and fear. Please remember kindness. Practice kindness to yourself and kindness to others. It goes a long way. It opens the heart to concern for the wellbeing of others. It opens the heart to love and compassion. It reminds us that we are all connected. It reminds us that we are all members of one human family.
