These are very difficult times. Many of us are feeling sorry for ourselves, and beating ourselves up. We may be feeling lonely and “not good or strong enough.” We may be feeling scared about the uncertainty and the shifting sands under our feet. We may be doubting whether we can get through this pandemic alive maintaining our sanity. These are normal feelings given the gravity of the situation. You are not alone. Millions, and in fact, billions of people around the world are feeling the same things. Remembering this similarity brings us closer together. In fact, we are not separate, even if we are physically isolated. In fact, we are all brothers and sisters in this big human family trying to keep from drowning and stay healthy during this awful pandemic. Thinking this way connects us, bringing some solace. Though isolated, we are not alone. HHDL as a small child. @kindness
