Everything is changing moment to moment. We usually don’t recognize momentary change, but it is happening without interruption. Without momentary change nothing could break, or die. Understanding impermanence helps deconstruct a solid unchanging reality that was always just a delusion fabricated by our mind. Not only are things in flux, but they are not solid, even though appearances try to convince us of the opposite. Everything arises depending on something else. On the deepest level, this is a name that depends on something like parts. Nothing exists otherwise. Nothing at all. Nailing the coffin of the tricky ego. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
