Compassion and love constitute nonviolence in action. They are the source of all spiritual qualities: forgiveness, tolerance, and all virtues. They give meaning to our activities and make of lives constructive. There is nothing amazing about being rich or highly educated. It is only when someone has a warm heart that these achievements become worthwhile.
