Regular practice

Never giving up is very important. We all go through lulls, sometimes emotionally happy, other times feeling stressed out of balance – NO PROBLEM! This is the nature of samsara. Gradually with regular practice of meditation, mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom we develop an inner strength and reserve that carries us through. We also learn how to NOT BE OVERWHELMED when the tough stuff passes our way. We just let is drift by without grabbing it and owning it. This is an old classic photo of HH — he never gives up!
